Step 1: Register with MDLinx

If you are a new subscriber, please create an account with MDLinx.
(You will need a username and password to access the CV Search Database)

*If you are already registered, then skip step 1 and proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Contact Recruiter Advertising

Call MDLinx Recruitment Advertising at (202) 293-2288 ex 111 or email Career@usa.m3.com to make arrangements for access.
(Once you have access, proceed to step 3)

Step 3: Access CV Search.

Select the option "CV Search" from the Search CVs dropdown menu.

Step 4: Select Your Search Criteria

Enter your desired search criteria and select the option to "Search". This will direct you to the search display list.

Step 5: View a CV

To view a CV, select the "View Detail" option next to the desired record.

Step 6: Contact a Candidate

Select the option "Email This Candidate", and complete the email form and submit to the candidate.

MDLinx tracks the CV Candidates you've contacted. If you have contacted a candidate before, a date will display in the "last Contact" column of the search display list. To view your communications with a candidate, select the date link.
