Sentara Anesthesia Specialists, a division of Sentara Medical Group , is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our team at Sentara Leigh Hospital , a 274-bed acute care hospital serving the Virginia Beach and Norfolk communities.

Sentara Leigh Hospital is an accredited Primary Stroke Center and Magnet-recognized hospital for nursing excellence. Clinical specialties include:

• Orthopedics and spine care
• Heart and vascular services
• Maternity care
• General surgery

The hospital is also home to the region s only 24-hour hyperbaric oxygen program, providing advanced treatment for conditions such as carbon monoxide poisoning, non-healing wounds, tissue infections related to oxygen deprivation, airborne chemical exposures, and diving-related injuries.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $388,024.00 - $623,916.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
