Compensation & Benefits:

• $500,000 base compensation (1099)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus for a 2-year commitment
• $20,000 quality bonus
• $20,000 retention bonus
• $100,000 call pay 1:9
• 10 weeks time off annually
• Malpractice with tail coverage paid
