Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a skilled and motivated General Anesthesiologist to join our Anesthesia care team at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.  This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and provider well-being.

Position Highlights

• Post-call days off for both OB and OR call 
• 1:7 call rotation, offering a balanced schedule and predictable time away
• Flexible practice model:
  • 60% solo or 40% supervised medical direction with an ideal 1:3 ratio and occasional 1:2 coverage. 
• Wide variety of cases, including:
  • General Surgery
  • Ortho
  • OB
  • ENT
  • Urology
  • GI
  • Neuro
  • Vascular
  • Do not handle major trauma, transplant or cardiac cases (these cases are handled by a separate team)

Qualifications

• MD/DO
•  Current or eligible Indiana licensure 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
