AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to serve as our next Chief CRNA . This is an opportunity to guide a large, established anesthesia team, collaborate with physician and executive leadership, and help shape the future of anesthesia services at AdventHealth Daytona Beach.

Practice Highlights

• Leadership oversight supporting anesthesia services across 30 sites of service
• Established anesthesia team consisting of 16 anesthesiologists and 56 CRNAs across PRN, part-time, and full-time roles
• Diverse case mix including OB, Cardiac, GI, Endoscopy, INR, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Radiology
• Collaborative dyad leadership model fostering partnership among physician, CRNA, and executive leadership, including the Chief of Anesthesia, Executive Director, MD Lead, Chief CRNA, and Vice Chief CRNA
• Variable call schedule
• EPIC EMR
• PTO and CME reimbursement

Key Responsibilities

As Chief CRNA, you will:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the CRNA team across multiple sites of service
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and support CRNAs through coaching and professional development
• Partner with physician leadership to support anesthesia services and patient outcomes
• Contribute to quality, safety, staffing, scheduling, recruitment, retention, and team engagement initiatives
• Serve as an advocate for the anesthesia team and a trusted leader within the department
