Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30.25/hour
• Overtime Rate: $45.37/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home safety and risk assessments for children and families
• Support open cases with two monthly in-home visits
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety and service plans
• Document case management activities thoroughly
• Prepare and present court reports with professional recommendations
• Collaborate with law enforcement, legal, and community partners
• Keep detailed records to ensure compliance and safety

What You Need:
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Family Studies, Psychology, or related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely when needed
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Preferred:

• Previous experience with child investigation or child welfare agencies
• Indiana state licensure or certification in social work or related field
