The Department of Anesthes iology at the Yale School of Medicine is actively seeking anesthes iologists to join our dynamic and growing clinical faculty in the New Haven and Bridgeport Connecticut area.
We have multiple openings available, with a particular focus on the following sub-specialties:
- General Anesthes iology: Provide comprehensive care for a wide range of surgical procedures, from routine cases to complex, high-acuity surgeries.
- Obstetric Anesthes iology: Join our specialized team to provide care for labor and delivery, and a full spectrum of obstetric procedures.
- Pediatric Anesthes iology: Work with our dedicated pediatric team at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital, providing expert anesthes ia for patients from in fancy through adolescence.
- Ambulatory Anesthes iology: Full range of state-of-the-art ambulatory anesthes ia services, in cluding the management of all varieties of high-risk out-patients. Large OR and non-OR anesthes ia in our gastrointestinal and pulmonary endoscopy facilities plus coverage for ECT services and anesthes ia in ambulatory centers in North Haven and Guilford, Connecticut.

Applicants must hold an M.D. degree and be board certified/board eligible in Anesthesiology to qualify. Academic appointments will be commensurate with experience.
