What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesiology care for inpatient surgical and procedural cases
• Manage anesthesia during clinic and call shifts, including night and weekend coverage
• Participate in a pilot program offering increased bill rates for consistent shift coverage
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure patient safety and optimal anesthesia outcomes
• Follow hospital protocols, including pre-op evaluations and post-anesthesia care
• Accurately document procedures and patient interactions in compliance with regulations
• Respond to on-call needs during night and weekend hours, including emergency situations

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid California medical license and DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Minimum of previous anesthesiology experience

Preferred:

• Ability to work night and weekend shifts regularly
• Flexibility to pick up 5-7+ shifts monthly to qualify for increased bill rates
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
