Anesthesiologist opportunity at Inspira Medical Center - LUCRATIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDING $150k start date bonus and generous PTO!

 

Envision Physician Services is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our team at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, NJ. Join our well-established group of 12 physicians and 26 CRNAs, covering Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, Inspira Medical Center Elmer, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center.


Highlights of this opportunity include:

  • Excellent compensation package including $150K start date bonus!

  • Very desirable work/life balance in a professional and collegial practice setting

  • Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 12 physicians and 26 CRNAs

  • Case mix includes: OB, orthopedics, spinal, thoracic, bariatric, vascular, GYN, general surgery, No cardiac or trauma

  • Total number of calls 4 per month – one weekend call per month, inhouse call with most days starting at 1500 and with a post call day, beeper call early out post call day

  • Night float exists – call free weeks

Anesthesia Department

  • ­In-house call Physician and Certified Registered Nursing Anesthestist
  • 10 Operating Rooms and 2 Endo Suites, 2 Obstetrician Rooms and 10 Labor & Delivery Rooms
  • Services Include: General, Bariatric, Thoracic, Vascular. Very busy Orthopedics, Endo also busy, Robotics, Urology, Gynecology, Simple Pediatrics, Simple Neurology, but busy spine.
  • 12 Sites
  • ­Annual Cases—RMC OR: 10,068, RMC Endo: 4,657, RMC OB: About 2500 deliveries, C/Section rate is 40%
  • ­Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologists
