Job Description

A 200-325 bed multispecialty hospital seeks a locum orthopedic surgeon for ongoing call coverage.
The facility is located in southwestern Ohio.
The schedule is 24-hour call (beeper call), up to 15 shifts/month. Procedures are Bread and Butter Orthopedics. A hospitalist will treat all emergent unassigned orthopedic patients. The facility will allow temporary privileges. Must be ABOS Certified, ACLS only if moderate sedation is required. The facility requires TB/PPD read dated within last 12 months or documentation of negative chest X-ray if PPD positive. Flu shot documentation of shot during Flu season. CAQH, Photo, Malpractice, and Case logs.
