Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Position Overview

Carolina Heart Specialists is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Charlotte region. This role includes a primarily outpatient clinic-based practice with inpatient consultative responsibilities across Lancaster and Indian Land, South Carolina.

Key responsibilities/services include:

• Echocardiography (TTE/TEE)
• Nuclear cardiology
• Cardiac CT
• Stress testing
• Preventive cardiology and medication management
• Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations

The incoming physician will work alongside experienced cardiologists, APPs, medical assistants, scribes, and administrative staff in a highly collaborative and patient-centered environment.

The schedule includes:

• Primarily clinic-based responsibilities
• One dedicated hospital day per week
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Shared 1:4 weekend call rotation within the local MUSC hospital system

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, production incentives, comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, and partnership/equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease training programs
• MD or DO
• Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
• Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology and/or Echocardiography preferred
• Open to experienced physicians and current fellows
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and quality outcomes
• Eligible for H1B sponsorship and J1 waiver support
