Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $278.46

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inpatient consults and outpatient cardiology clinics, including adult patients with CAD, HTN, and HF.
• Read EKGs and echocardiograms, supervise stress testing procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including an APP and supporting staff.
• Provide telephone-based call coverage; minimal on-call presence required.
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system.
• Support the department in delivering quality cardiac care throughout the shift.

What You Need:

• Board certification in cardiology
• Active license to practice medicine in Illinois
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills in general cardiology, inpatient consults, and outpatient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
