What You’ll Do

• Provide evaluation and management of both new and established patients in the cardiology department
• Conduct cardiac risk assessments and interpret EKGs
• Perform Holter monitor placements, pacemaker checks, and supervise EKGs
• Conduct treadmill stress tests and nuclear stress testing
• Perform and supervise TEEs and cardioversions
• Participate in call coverage (24-hour call, minimal night-time calls)
• Collaborate with support staff including techs and RNs

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certification in Cardiology
  • West Virginia Medical License
  • Experience in EKG, TEE, nuclear stress tests (minimum 2 years)
  • DEA license
• Preferred:
  • IMLC acceptance for licensure
  • Strong clinical skills in cardiac diagnostics and procedures
