What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized care in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, focusing on atrial fibrillation, ablations, and other arrhythmia treatments
• Perform procedural interventions, including electrophysiology procedures, with a focus on ablations and device management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-up care for electrophysiology patients
• Document clinical findings and procedures in electronic health records, particularly Epic
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Minnesota medical license
• At least 2 years of electrophysiology experience post-fellowship
• Proficiency with Epic (current within last 12 months)
• Ability to commit to a 6+ month assignment involving two full weekdays per month starting January

Preferred:

• Experience with atrial fibrillation management and ablation procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to perform procedural and outpatient electrophysiology care
