Job Description

An outpatient facility is seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage due to an increase in volume. Credentialing typically takes 1-3 weeks.
The facility is located about 30-40 minutes north of Atlanta.
The schedule is very flexible. They are open to a morning or afternoon shift, and they are flexible on the day coverage is needed. Shifts are 4 hours long, and they are treating patients with standard mental health diagnoses.

Dates Needed:  ASAP - Ongoing (until they find perm)
Case Load/PPD:  Thinks it will be around 12-20 PPD depending on if they do any IEs.

Med Checks/Follow-up per day (OP Only):  15 minutes

Cases Treated:  Anixety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, mood regulation disorders.

Prescriptive Authority Required:  Yes
Patient Population:  All Ages
Support Staff:  2 NPs
