New England Dermatology is a large, sub-specialized, physician-owned and managed practice in Western Massachusetts.  We are currently expanding our practice and seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist/Dermatopathologist.

Our practice was founded in 1954 by the late Dr. Setrag A. Zacarian, pioneer in cryosurgery.  It has expanded to become one of the largest physician-owned dermatology practices in New England.  As advances in science, technology, and the practice of medicine occur, we are continually striving to provide high quality, comprehensive and state-of-the-art skin care for all ages in Western MA, Northern CT, and Southern VT.

 Our main office, in Springfield, MA draws from a large geographic area where we see approximately 85,000 patients annually.  The 20,000 square foot facility has 23 exam rooms, a Mohs suite with eight fully equipped procedure rooms, a full-service laboratory, a six-room laser suite, and a phototherapy suite.  We have a brand new cosmetic and aesthetics facility less than a half mile from our main office.  In addition to our Springfield office, we maintain offices in the suburban communities of Longmeadow, Northampton, and Westfield.  We use the prevailing dermatology EHR, ModMed, for both EHR and practice management.

 We are affiliated with Baystate Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center and the 3rd largest acute care hospital in New England and is the western campus of UMASS Medical School.
