Qualifications:
-M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
-Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD).
-Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain.
-Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and (CDS) for prescription writing.
