Questcare, a division of Envision, is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians at Medical City Garland in Garland, Texas.
Requirements: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or BC Family Medicine with EM experience.
Position Profile:
24/7/365 Freestanding Emergency Room Anticipated ER Visits of 30-50 patients per day
Fully integrated with Medical City Plano (Level 1 trauma)
24 hours of Physician Coverage
12-hour shifts
Experienced APP coverage
Flexible scheduling
11 emergency room bays, including a fully equipped Trauma bay
Separate adult and pediatric waiting area
All private treatment rooms
State of the art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology
Ambulance bay for EMS access
Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists

Medical City ER Garland , a department of Medical City Dallas, brings high-quality emergency care close to home. Opened in April 2024, this 11,000-square-foot facility is equipped to treat patients of all ages, featuring 10 private treatment rooms, including a dedicated trauma room, along with a full-service lab and advanced imaging capabilities such as X-ray and CT.
Patients can expect the same comprehensive services offered in a hospital-based emergency room, with the added convenience of shorter wait times and a convenient freestanding location. Streamlined triage processes allow for efficient, timely care delivered by experienced emergency physicians.
From prompt evaluation and treatment—including safe, effective pain management—to thorough discharge instructions and follow-up planning, patient care is prioritized at every step. Should a higher level of care or hospital admission be needed, patients benefit from a seamless transition to Medical City Dallas.
