Practice Highlights:  

• J1 visa sponsorship available   
• ED Volume: 21,000   
• 25–32 hours of Physician coverage with APP support   
• Average daily volume of 71 patients   
• Designated Primary Stroke Center and Cardiac Intervention Center   
• Helipad onsite with access to University of Maryland Medical Center   
• Community-based ED serving multiple rural counties   
• EMR: Epic   

What your practice will look like:  
You’ll work in a well-supported Emergency Department with a manageable patient volume and a collaborative staffing model. The structure supports efficient workflows and team-based care, allowing for consistent, high-quality care across a range of patient acuity.

UM Shore Medical Center at Easton is a full-service hospital serving Maryland’s Eastern Shore, offering a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services including cardiology, rehabilitation, and specialty care.
