Job Description

  • Atrium Health Stanly Emergency Department
  • 12-hour shifts w/ Physician-led scheduling
  • Additional compensation available for a nocturnist position
  • 24-bed Emergency Department with modern resources and treatment spaces
  • Dedicated behavioral health holding area within the ED for safe, specialized patient management
  • Annual ED visits: 20,000 – 40,000; Steady patient flow with diverse clinical exposure
  • 3 APP shifts daily, deliver 30-36 hours of APP support 
  • Attached community hospital with comprehensive inpatient services, including:
    • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) – Surgery – Orthopedics – Gastroenterology (GI) – Cardiology – Inpatient Behavioral Health 
  • EPIC EMR

  • Behavioral Health Services: Atrium Health Stanly Behavioral Health provides a safe and therapeutic environment for adults 18 and older in need of short-term, inpatient care. Admissions may be arranged 24 hours a day. For more information, call  980-323-4492.
