Position Overview

• Manage critically ill patients in a closed Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU)
• 16-bed ICU + 6-bed Intermediate Care Unit
• Diagnose, treat, and implement care plans for acute and chronic conditions
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary critical care team

Qualifications

• NP or PA with Maryland licensure (or eligibility)
• 0–1 year experience required; 2+ years preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong critical care skills and communication abilities

Compensation

• $59 – $80/hour + shift differentials + full benefits
