We are seeking a BC/BE emergency medicine trained physician to join our group serving a Level III trauma center in Southeast Kansas. • Benefits equal approximately $35 to $40 per hour.

Work Schedule and Responsibilities:

• Level 3 trauma center (ACS accreditation) providing emergency and trauma care
• Rotating schedule with compensation ranging from $275/day & $295/night per hour for W2 employee. 1099 higher.

Qualifications and/or Licensing Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine, MD or DO
• Completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible

The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private practices, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in rural and urban under resourced communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. In addition to offering recruitment support for Kansas health care facilities and job search support to a variety of health care providers, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation.  

Currently partnering with 55+ health care organizations, we serve as their initial point of contact and liaison in recruiting those seeking to serve in rural and urban underserved communities.
