What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency medical care at regional hospitals in the Northwoods of Wisconsin
• Manage a diverse patient population with an approximate 20% admission rate
• Cover shifts independently with some overlap using dual APC coverage
• Collaborate with hospital staff and emergency team members
• Ensure timely diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of emergency patients
• Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain high-quality patient care
• Contribute to community health in a picturesque outdoor setting

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Wisconsin; Act 10 acceptable
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Key skills: clinical judgment, teamwork, adaptability, strong communication
• Prior ER experience preferred
