Relias Healthcare is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician or Board Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician with 1–2 years of Emergency Department experience to join our team at Northport Medical Center , part of the DCH Health System in Northport, Alabama.

    ED Details

    • 38,000 annual ED volume

    • 22-bed Emergency Department , including:

      • 6 psych beds

      • 4 fast track rooms

    • 24-hour physician coverage

    • 12-hour shifts

    • 24–36 hours of APC coverage

    • On-site support services: Lab, pharmacy, imaging, general surgery, and orthopedics

    • EMR: Meditech Expanse

    Position Details

    • Approximately 12 shifts / 144 hours per month

    • 1099 employment

    • Night rate differential available

    Requirements

    • MD or DO

    • Emergency Medicine BE/BC
      OR

    • Family Medicine or Internal Medicine BC with 1–2 years ED experience required
