• Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained endocrinologist, to join our team of physicians at Baptist Health Louisville. Our team is actively recruiting for a physician who would like to practice outpatient. 
• Practice has 2 physicians, 1 APRN, and dedicated support staff
• Diabetes education is available
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
