Position Overview:

• Provide primary care and mentorship within the Family Medicine Residency Program .
• Practice locations available in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties
• Full-time employment with clinical and administrative responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation Range: $270,000 - $300,000 annually, based on experience
• Signing Bonus, Retention Bonus, Relocation Allowance, Quality and other incentives
• Comprehensive benefits package including retirement, malpractice insurance, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Annual CME allowance provided
• Qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

• Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
