Job Summary:

Mission Community Medicine is excited to welcome an experienced primary care advanced practice provider to join our team in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. 

Qualified Candidates:
  • Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program with appropriate certification exams
  • At least two years' of experience as a practicing advanced practie provider in an urgent care or primary care setting
  • Practice hours are Monday – Friday  8 am – 5 pm; call is every 3rd week
  • Rural Health Center - you may qualify for NHSC loan forgiveness
