Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, collegial adult medicine practice in Bristol, Connecticut. This 100% outpatient opportunity offers a supportive, team-based environment in a highly desirable location just 30 minutes from Hartford and New Haven. With a coordinated care model, robust clinical support, and innovative tools like EPIC and Ambient AI , you’ll be empowered to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
Position details:
- Role : 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)
- Location : Bristol CT
- Schedule : Full-time, weekdays
- Teaching : optional with faculty appointment
- Phone Call Only : average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
- Offerings: Guaranteed base, Loan Forgiveness Support, Uncapped incentive, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation

Requirements:
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
- BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
