Opportunity Highlights
Base salary of $224,000
$30,000 Sign-On Bonus
$10,000 Relocation Assistance
NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible
Productivity incentive: earn $60 for every patient encounter above 240 visits per month
Choose between a 4-day (4x10) or traditional 5-day (5x8) schedule
Primarily outpatient practice with light 1:6 hospital call
Average 18–20 patients per day

Join an established team of 14 physicians and 11 advanced practice providers
