What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Promote wellness, prevention, and patient education
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and diagnostic testing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within a value-based care model
• Document patient encounters efficiently using Elation EMR

What You Need:

• Active medical license in New Mexico
• Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
