Emplify Health by Gundersen Holmen Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team in Holmen, Wisconsin. In this outpatient role, you’ll provide broad-scope family medicine care in a supportive, patient-centered setting. This position offers the chance to practice full-spectrum family medicine while working with a team that values teaching, flexibility, and high-quality care.
