What You’ll Do:

• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate care as needed

What You Need:

• Valid Medical License in Georgia (or willing to obtain)
• Prior experience in family practice or primary care setting preferred
• Ability to see patients across all age groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
