Hudson Physicians is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in Stillwater, Minnesota. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding primary care practice within an independent, physician-owned organization serving the St. Croix Valley.
Our new Stillwater primary care clinic opens in October 2026 and is located alongside our established Urgent Care. The incoming physician will join Boris Beckert, MD; John Murphy, MD; and Yer Xiong, MD, with support from Hudson Physicians’ broader network of 70 providers across western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota.

Stillwater and the surrounding communities continue to grow, creating strong demand for additional primary care access. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to establish a patient panel, develop long-term relationships and shape their practice around their clinical interests.

The position includes access to experienced clinical staff, organizational leadership and a broad network of primary and specialty care providers.
The Stillwater facility brings scheduled primary care and walk-in urgent care together in one convenient setting. This model improves patient access and supports collaboration between the primary care and Urgent Care teams.

This partnership supports coordinated care and convenient access to additional services when follow-up treatment is needed.
