Job Description:

• M-F 
• Create your own schedule, and see patients between 830-630, earn more if you choose to work after hours and on weekends
• Visit up to 8 homes per day in the surrounding area that is close to your home
• Call is by phone only
• Admin work done from home
• Will consider visa candidates
