• Hospital-Employed: Full-time gastroenterology physician

• Turnkey Position: Immediate ramp-up, 3-4 month wait period for new patients

Compensation & Benefits :

• Earning Potential: $1,000,000
• Starting Salary: $705,000
• wRVU Bonus: $78 per wRVU
• Student Loan Repayment: $200,000
• Signing Bonus: $100,000 
• Relocation Bonus: $20,000
• Paid Time Off: 42 days pto annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays
• CME: $4,000 annually
• Health/Dental/Vision : 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
• Pension: Annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

Qualifications : 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  BE/BC in Gastroenterology 
• Licensure:  Must have or be eligible to receive a medical license in Washington State
• Skillset:  General or Advanced GI physicians are welcome to apply
• Experience:  New grads or experienced GI physicians
• Sponsorship:  J1 and H-1B eligible
