Early Morning Days for Addiction Medicine patients require care from specialty-trained professionals, in a highly specialized, and quality-focused environment. Our team at Discovery House in Maine is seeking to add a licensed physician to their diverse and dynamic team.
The Medical Director is responsible for leadership, quality assurance, oversight and overall medical management of the clinic within the boundaries of state and federal regulations and accreditation standards. Responsibilities include planning, organizing medical and clinical practices, providing direct patient care and assisting other departments with direct interactions with physicians or medical staff.
Addiction Medicine Medical Director to provide 6-10 hours per week of treatment care and leadership to our team at the Calais CTC. Part Time role allows flexibility in weekdays selected by Medical Director. Supervise NP who assist in conducting complete physicals, provide treatment and counsel to patients. Provides medical oversight to the nursing department under the guidance of the Medical Director and Clinic Director.
