What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the ENT division, overseeing clinical, academic, and administrative functions
• Provide personalized, high-quality patient care, utilizing minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to expand cancer care and other specialties
• Mentor and supervise a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers
• Drive innovation through research and educational initiatives in partnership with academic institutions
• Engage in community outreach to improve healthcare access and reduce disparities
• Manage a busy surgical schedule with guaranteed OR block time
• Participate in a shared call schedule, supported by APPs and hospitalist team

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Minimum of several years of post-training clinical experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to innovative, patient-centered care
