• Need motivated, collaborative physician to grow the Complex Care Service and co-develop the Peds to Adult Healthcare Transition Program
• Work with providers passionate about patient care (2-peds, 2-Med/Peds, & 3.5-NPs)
• M-F position, 1:6-phone call, plus outreach available
• Provide quality care and the clinic time you have always wanted for your patients, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team
• Professorship available: active research & teaching facility
