Large group in Boston, MA looking for a strong Cardiac Surgery PA to be Chief PA of group. 

• Chief PA role - must have min 3 yrs exp in Cardiac Surgery setting
• Large group of 3 Cardiac Surgeons, 10 APP's, and 5 additional diem APP's
• 24/7 service - rotating schedule days/nights/weekends/holidays
• Salaried position with extra pay for additional shifts picked up
• General Cardiac Surgery and Clinic duties as well as Admin time throughout week
• Strong will to lead
• MA license, DEA, MA controlled substance are required by time of start
