Responsibilities:

Primary Care Role:

• Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic tests
• Develop and manage treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and prescribe medications
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive care
• Educate patients on health conditions and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate patient records

Inboxologist Role:

• Respond to patient messages promptly and empathetically
• Organize and prioritize a high volume of patient communications
• Coordinate care with healthcare team for seamless patient experience
• Maintain detailed records in the EMR system
• Manage medication refills and collaborate with pharmacists
• Ensure compliance with best practices and clinical guidelines
