Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care during evening shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will bring compassion and clinical expertise to support our residents' health and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Education:  Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Licensure:  Active New York State LPN license
• Experience:  Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting
• Technical Skill:  Proficiency in patient care documentation and medication administration
• Soft Skills:  Compassionate caregiver with strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities
• Other requirements:  Must be immune to Hep B

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
