Qualifications

• Education:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Licensure:  Active Ohio State License (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS).
• Experience:  New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:  Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency.
• Soft Skills:  Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group
• Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
