Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $287,000 – $319,000 annually (competitive base salary)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in Pueblo, Colorado
• Collaborate within a care-team model alongside clinical MAs and specialists
• Manage patient panels efficiently with support for in-basket tasks
• Offer high-quality, compassionate care in a family-friendly community setting
• Maintain a balanced workload with minimal after-hours responsibilities
• Engage in regional phone-only call coverage, with limited weekend requirements
• Deliver excellent patient experience while supporting community health initiatives

What You Need

• Medical license in Colorado (or eligible)
• Completion or near completion of residency in Internal Medicine
• Board eligibility or certification preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
