At Brown University Health we believe a strong health system begins with primary care. We are expanding access, recruiting and retaining providers, all while using an effective team approach. To support our clinicians, we have developed advanced practice providers mentorship programs and structured physician onboarding. It is our belief that retention depends on ongoing support. We nourish strong training pipelines and early-career support with mentorship, flexibility, manageable workloads, and a strong sense of community. We have opportunities for board certified or eligible physicians interested in primary care in a variety of clinical settings in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
