Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our St. Luke s location in Carrollton, VA. Carrollton is nestled on the James River between Smithfield and Suffolk , VA.

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)

• Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for some extended hours

• Average of 18-20 patients per day

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA

• Minimum master s degree Required

• Must have prior APP experience, 2-3 years preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
