Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care

$120K–$150K Total Earning Potential

Position Highlights:

• 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, depending on location, offering a predictable, flexible schedule. Full-time equates to 36 hours per week. Opportunities for overtime available. 
• Service 3 locations - across three Northern Nevada locations: Carson City, Dayton, and Minden. APCs will provide coverage at all three Urgent Care locations , with scheduling designed to support operational needs across the system. This multi-location model offers variety in practice setting while allowing you to serve communities throughout Carson City, Dayton, and the Carson Valley.
• See 25–30 patients per day in a well-supported urgent care setting
• Collaborative team environment with strong clinical support and provider autonomy
• No RVU requirements, no call responsibilities—focus on quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base hourly rate of $65–$78
• 1.5x pay for weekends and holidays
• $10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance, up to $10,000
• Annual bonus incentive based on system goals – at 100%, up to 5% of annual salary

Qualifications:

• DNP, MSN, or APRN
