• $375,000+ total compensation
• 25 patient facing hours and 15 administrative hours per week
• Low daily patient volume, allowing for comprehensive, relationship-based care
• Experienced clinical and administrative support team

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Colorado medical license, or ability to obtain prior to start
