Position Details

• Role: Civil Surgeon — immigration physical exams (Form I-693)
• Employment Type: Contract Physician (1099), Per Diem
• Compensation: Paid per immigration physical completed

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Must hold current USCIS Civil Surgeon designation
• Spanish language skills a bonus
• Visa sponsorship not available — candidates must already be authorized to work in the U.S.

Licensure

• Texas license/DEA reimbursement available

Malpractice

• Self-coverage (physician-provided malpractice & tail coverage)
