What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation and follow-up care for patients at a rehab hospital
• Conduct admissions, rounds, and discharge planning for a daily census of approximately 15 patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist in patient evaluations and recommend appropriate therapies and interventions
• Participate in weekend call responsibilities (approximately once every 7th weekend) with minimal on-call duties
• Document patient care activities using Epic EMR software
• Support the hospital’s mission to improve patient recovery outcomes

What You Need

• Active Massachusetts medical license
• Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (preferred)
• DEA certification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
