Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical evaluation and management for patients within our East and North Behavioral Health Pavilion and Inpatient Units.
Ideal candidates will have the ability and desire to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
Must have a genuine interest in delivering direct patient care
Experience and a desire to focus on the medical management of behavioral health patients is required.
Two (2) weekend day shifts required every four (4) weeks + one (1) rotating holiday per year
Licensure & Certification
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
